Affordability: Home prices are one-third the cost of comparable structures in the Bay Area.
Education: From kindergarten through college, Butte County's educational systems have received national recognition. SAT scores consistently rank well above state and national averages. California State University, Chico ranks among the nation's top colleges. Butte Community College, Western University Health Sciences and the Cal Northern School of Law offer additional education opportunities.
